I have worked in a wide range of settings — including college counseling centers, hospitals, and correctional facilities — which has deepened my appreciation for diverse cultures, perspectives, and lived experiences. I’ve supported individuals facing trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, psychosis, and more. These experiences have shown me that while we all encounter struggles and make mistakes, each of us is worthy of care, compassion, and understanding.
