Skye Suzanne Wood, APCC

QUEER AND NEURODIVERGENT THERAPIST WITH SPECIALTIES IN INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS AND EMDR, THEY/THEM

I work primarily with queer, trans, nonbinary, and neurodivergent clients who are ready to make real changes in their lives.

I specialize in holding space for life transitions and know how to act as a guide to your personal revelations. I don’t shy away from trauma, and I’ve been told that I know how to hold a strong container for clients to discover their own inner wisdom and knowing.

I am a queer, neurodivergent therapist trained in Internal Family Systems (Level 1) and EMDR. I also have experience working with survivors of Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) as well as those healing from religious trauma and cult experiences.

I am a firm believer that at the core of every human being is the desire to heal. I work from a lens of intersectional feminism and am fat-friendly (HAES), kink-informed, and polyamory-informed. Deep down, I believe that you already know the way—you carry innate wisdom born out of your experiences and intuition.

I’m here to help you learn to trust yourself. I see myself as a compassionate witness to your self-discovery. However you show up in session is okay: you don’t have to mask or sit still. I meet clients where they are, with warmth and curiosity.
