I am committed to providing compassionate, culturally competent therapy for individuals, couples, and families. My approach is rooted in person-centered and strength-based principles, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness techniques to create personalized treatment plans that honor each client’s unique needs.
With a background in supporting diverse populations, I have experience addressing a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges.
