Regina Del Castillo Robles, LCSW
LCSW, LIVE-LAUGH-GROW, SHE/HER
Regina is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her degree from the University of Southern California School of Social Work. She also completed her Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Social Work, laying the foundation for her broad expertise in both educational and clinical settings.
After graduating, Regina began her career working with adults experiencing substance use and co-occurring disorders. Following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, she transitioned to working in eating disorder residential treatment for adults, then moved on to support adolescents with substance use issues before entering group practice.
Regina’s clinical specializations include EMDR (Basic Training) — for which she is currently accruing hours toward certification — relapse prevention for PTSD and substance use disorders, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is actively expanding her trauma treatment skill set through continued training in PARTS, Seeking Safety, somatic therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and art-based interventions.
Regina is excited to collaborate with the staff and clients at My Psych Center and looks forward to contributing to a supportive, healing environment.
