Welcome! My name is Monique Martinez, M.S., and I’m an Intern Therapist here at My Psych Center in Stockton, CA.

I know that starting therapy takes a great deal of courage and vulnerability, and I deeply admire anyone who takes that step. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood, valued, and free to be your authentic self.

I approach therapy with compassion, positivity, and encouragement—helping clients work through life’s challenges while also recognizing and building upon their strengths. I believe healing isn’t just about addressing struggles—it’s also about cultivating resilience, finding hope, and embracing growth.
