Lisa Santillano, LMFT

LMFT, SHE/HER

Hello and Welcome!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am deeply passionate about supporting teens and adults as they navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, school stress, life transitions, and skill development. My clinical experience includes working in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), where I provided intense therapeutic support to individuals facing complex emotional and behavioral challenges.

This work strengthened my ability to meet clients with compassion, steadiness, and a trauma-informed lens, especially during times of crisis or transition. I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space to explore patterns, strengthen relationships and navigate life's stressors with greater clarity and confidence.

My goal is to empower clients with the tools and support they need to move forward creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space for individuals to explore their concerns, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy is rooted in a person-centered, strength-based philosophy, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
