Kenia Gutierrez, LPCC
LPCC, BUBBLY AND GENUINE, SHE/HER
I am a trauma-informed therapist who strives to create a steady, secure environment where clients can explore their experiences with clarity and support. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and EMDR to help individuals build emotional regulation skills, develop insight, and strengthen the tools needed to navigate both recovery and ongoing life stressors.
I work through a trauma lens, recognizing how past experiences shape current patterns of behavior, emotion, and relationship dynamics. I value helping clients identify these patterns with compassion and guiding them toward healthier, more adaptive ways of coping. My approach is collaborative, structured when needed, and grounded in evidence-based practices that promote long-term stability and resilience.
I believe in honoring each client’s pace, validating their lived experiences, and creating a therapeutic space where healing feels possible. For anyone reading this, I want to offer reassurance that growth comes in many forms, progress is never linear, and every step forward matters. You deserve support on your journey, and you do not have to take that journey alone.
