PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATE, THOUGHTFUL & KIND, HE/HIM

Dr. Jason R. Frye is a passionate scholar-practitioner in the field of clinical psychology, dividing his time between direct clinical work and the study of the physiological foundations of behavior. When he’s not providing counseling services, he is actively engaged in researching evidence-based practices and the neurological underpinnings of human behavior.

In his clinical practice, Dr. Frye utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to support adults, adolescents, and young children facing a range of emotional, behavioral, and adjustment challenges — including anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship issues.

Beyond clinical work, Dr. Frye regularly conducts personal development trainings on topics such as interpersonal and intrapersonal communication, observation skills, and emotional awareness. He strongly believes that education is a vital component of effective treatment, and sees the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership where both practitioner and client learn and grow together.
