Jasmine Olaguez, LMFT, Senior Therapist
LMFT, LOVER OF GARDENS AND FUR BABIES, SHE/HER
Hello and welcome!
I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. Whether you’re navigating grief, life transitions, or self-limiting patterns, I’m here to help you access your inner wisdom and healing potential.
My clinical experience includes working with children, teens, adults, and families. I have supported clients in managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and improving communication and connection in their relationships. With a strong foundation in serving diverse populations — including the LGBTQ+ community — I am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space where every client feels seen, heard, and supported.
I believe that each person is the expert of their own life. My approach is collaborative and rooted in evidence-based practices, drawing from Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems theory, Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and mindfulness-based techniques.
With a compassionate, genuine style, I aim to foster a therapeutic relationship that empowers you to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and connect with your inner strengths.
