I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with clinical experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults through individual, family, and group sessions. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach that focuses on skill-building, managing stressors, increasing psychological flexibility, and developing intentional, effective thoughts and behaviors.
