Crystal Dickerson, LMFT
CLINICIAN, COMPASSIONATE GUIDE, SHE/HER
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I help individuals, children, families, and couples address challenges that may be impacting their emotional well-being, relationships, and daily functioning. I frequently work with concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, major life changes, and periods of feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about the future.
My approach is practical, personalized, and goal-oriented. I recognize that no two people experience difficulties in the same way, which is why I tailor the therapeutic process to fit each person's unique experiences, values, and aspirations. Therapy can provide an opportunity to better understand patterns, develop new perspectives, and create lasting changes that align with the life you want to build.
I utilize evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients navigate obstacles and increase their ability to manage life's demands. Throughout treatment, I emphasize self-awareness, emotional regulation, and effective coping strategies that can be applied both inside and outside of sessions.
Seeking support is often one of the most difficult steps, yet it can also be one of the most rewarding. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply looking for greater direction and fulfillment, I strive to provide an environment where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
