Christy Ramos, APCC
ASSOCIATE PCC ∙ SHE/HER
Hello, my name is Christy Ramos, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC).
My goal is to support individuals and families as they navigate personal challenges and grow through life’s transitions. I strive to meet each client where they are, offering a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for healing and self-discovery.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Play and Art Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). I also have experience supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders and body image concerns.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with at-risk youth and families—an experience that has deeply informed my compassionate and client-centered approach. I am committed to creating a space where individuals feel empowered, heard, and supported on their healing journey.
