Art D. Tolbert, LMFT, Senior Therapist

SENIOR THERAPIST, LMFT, HAPPY TO BE HERE & PROUD TO SERVE, HE/HIM

Hello, my name is Art. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who discovered his passion for this work later in life. My approach is rooted in motivational interviewing, a person-centered method that helps build trust, foster acceptance, and support meaningful change.

As a combat veteran, I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to take that first step and ask for help. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore a different version of yourself — whatever that may look like for you.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with adults, couples, families, and adolescents across a variety of settings. I have experience supporting individuals with symptoms related to trauma, depression, anxiety, and psychosis. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to support trauma healing and emotional processing.

I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), an integrative treatment that can enhance emotional insight and healing when traditional methods may not be enough.

I’m here to walk alongside you as you take steps toward growth, healing, and self-discovery.
