Amanda Grippo, LPCC
LPCC, FUTURE DOCTOR, SHE/HER
As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, my theoretical orientation is integrative, drawing primarily from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and existential models within a social justice framework known as Cyclical Psychodynamic Integrative Theory.
A core focus of this approach is to understand behavioral patterns, interpersonal dynamics, and unconscious processes that influence daily life. Cyclical psychodynamic theory has been shown to be effective across a range of diagnoses, cultural backgrounds, and therapeutic settings.
I believe that while everyone encounters challenges, these difficulties can be managed and transformed through individualized interventions, techniques, and tools tailored to each person’s unique needs.
In our work together, I will provide a genuine, non-judgmental, and compassionate space. My goal is to support you with the strength, structure, and encouragement needed to move through change. Together, we’ll identify healthier, more adaptive ways to navigate life — empowering you in your own meaningful process of growth and healing.
